Job Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, the HR Administrator shall be able to perform the following:
- Recruitment of new talent, pre-screening, and selection of quality candidates
- On-boarding team-members and orientation facilitation
- Creation and execution of internal performance assessment
- Daily communication with stakeholders, generate HR reports and provide other HR administrative support as required
- Promote positivity and an open, inclusive work environment
- Building close relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Weekly team member touchpoints to ensure happiness and satisfaction in the workplace
- Organization of reports and files for easy access and efficient reporting
- Organization of team events, training, and workshops
- Attendance of job fairs and recruitment events
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education from Human Resource Management program or similar
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in an engineering, design, or consulting environment
- Ability to work well with others in an open and inclusive environment
