The automotive plug-in scanner enables users to simply plug in the device into a vehicle’s OBD2 port to collect vehicle information like the OEM report, Vin and mileage specific maintenance report, and service contract marketing report- all in under 10 seconds. This device automates and considerably improves the service lane check-in process, maximizing hours/RO, speed and efficiency, retention, and profit.
Project Scope:
NeuronicWorks designed a robust over molded enclosure to withstand repeated use based on previously manufactured PCB. The unit had to be designed to meet manufacturing specifications and all parts had to be optimized to reduce costs.
