Heavy equipment can compact soil and damage the soil structure which can lower the yields and increase financial disadvantage in a competitive marketplace. AgriBrink has invested into soil compaction research. Because of this AgriBrink has developed the Automatic Air Inflation-Deflation Control system allowing the end customer to increase the application window, reduce soil compaction, protecting soil structure, reduce fuel consumption, limiting time loss caused by excess slippage and reducing yield loss due to soil compaction. The system lets a farmer automatically inflate or deflate their tires from the comfort of their tractor seat. Designed for AgriBrink Inc., a Canadian based company.

project scope

NeuronicWorks accepted the challenge to design the complete system of automated air inflation-deflation from Agribrink. The product was upgraded from an analog version to an electronic control system with user interface, many sensors and multi-channel control and monitoring.

Our engineers designed the new version of the system (research, hardware, PCB, firmware design) and developed a new shape and form for all the physical devices. We worked closely with the client and performed extensive in-house and field testing prior to delivery of the project.
